Wood and Wood Design owns the copyright of any work it produces on the clients behalf, including concepts, designs and artwork. Any use of Wood and Wood Design’s work by the client or by others through the client must be obtained under a licence. Licence fees may apply. In the case of work for a Government Agency, usage of copyright material created and developed by Wood and Wood Design will be clarified by the client at the outset of the project, pursuant to Section 183 of the Copyright Act 1968, in addition to whether usage is through an assignment, exclusive licence or a non exclusive licence.
